A Healthy Beginning Holistic Essentials Home & Body Products

I am very excited to announce that I am now making my finished natural body care and cleaning products available for purchase! If you’ve been meaning to make your own products, but haven’t had a chance to do it, this is a perfect fit for you!

All products are handmade in Vancouver with natural and safe ingredients. Ingredients are also typically certified organic or wild-crafted unless I have trouble sourcing them or they are cost-prohibitive.

Currently, I have six of my most popular products available for sale. The ingredients for each are listed below (* = certified organic ingredient). To minimize the use of plastic, which leach harmful chemicals, all products are elegantly packaged in reusable and recyclable glass or stainless steel containers, or compostable containers.

***BONUS: If you get 3 or more products, you get $1 off each product!***

Reviews

I bought the vanilla whipped body butter, organic facial cleansing oil, eye serum and tinted lip balm. These products are fantastic and the lip balm and eye serum are quickly becoming my favorites. I am fairly particular with my lip balms and previously find that no other lip balm works except Burts Bee’s or a similar organic honey mint balm from Portland. Tried your Crimson heart lip balm and LOVED it. It’s very moisturizing – I’m certain I’ll need another tube of tinted and untinted soon.

I have sensitive skin.  I have very dry skin.  Sometimes I even live with eczema.  I have used a lot of products over the years.  The cream I received from A Healthy Beginning smelled great and felt great (you know – when you rub it between your fingers:)). I used it as an all over cream, after a shower (in the morning).  It was easily soaked up by my skin and there was no greasy after-skin that some creams leave behind.  What was a surprise was that my skin felt wonderful even at the end of the day.  This is not my experience with other creams. I’ve used it as a face/neck cream.  Again – that easy absorption makes it great for the face area.  I could apply some light makeup before leaving for work.
I haven’t used it on eczema but only because I don’t have any breakouts right now.  I would definitely use it, if needed.
I was told I can eat it but I haven’t tried that yet!  But I do like that my skin product is so simple and organic that I could (if I choose) digest it.
